Practice expressing gratitude with Ms. Greener and Ms. Zbinden on Wednesday December 8. Gratitude journals will be provided.

Gratitude is an act of giving thanks for the things you are grateful for - it can be with thank you notes, gratitude journaling, thanking people silently in your mind, or keeping a list on your phone. Practicing gratitude makes you happier, improves depression and anxiety, makes you more comfortable expressing yourself in negative situations, and over time changes your brain.
