Follow These Steps:
- Open your article in Kami OR print out your article and pick up a pencil or a pen.
- As you read through your article the first time, mark anything you see related to: history of your topic, causes of the problem, impacts, or solutions.
- Circle back for a second read and write any questions or comments in the margins where you underlined information.
- Does the information in the source help you answer your topic question?
