American FactFinder
Find U.S. Census race and Hispanic origin population totals by voting district (precinct), 2000 and 2010. Select Geographies > Select from all summary levels > Summary level: 700 - Voting District/Remainder, then search for state or county of interest. Downloadable as CSV or Excel format.

Storyful - curation of the "smartest" conversations about world events by professional journalists who glean the most important news and separate it from the "noise of the real-time web".  This is a subscription service with a free trial.
