The Abe Lincoln Teen Choice Book Award
READ - VOTE - WIN
WHAT IS THE ABE AWARD?
The Abe Award is given each year to the author whose book receives the most votes from high school students in Illinois. It is awarded by the Illinois School Library Media Specialist Association (ISLMA).
HOW CAN I VOTE?
Read a minimum of 3 nominated books prior to voting in March 2016. Copies of each book are available in the Library. For each book you read submit an Abe Form like the one below. This form will enter you into drawings for prizes.
Ballots for voting will be sent by email in March.
WHAT CAN I WIN?
Each Abe Form you submit via email will enter you into drawings for:
- Fun school supplies
- Other free stuff!
The more books you read the more chances you have of winning! Winners will be announced every week on school announcements.
